I used United tires two times. The first time I gave them an incorrect address and they notified me they couldn't deliver so I called customer service and they got the return stopped and redeliver to the corrected address. Customer service was great took only a couple minutes on the phone to straighten out my mistake. The second time I ordered four tires got exactly what I ordered. Where was this company when my kids were teenagers?
