I am a retired automotive professional. Retired means watching every penny. I’ve purchased used tires locally in the past. They suit my needs for the most part. I needed to replace the rear tires on my 1997 Ford F150. Locally I was fining some decent ones for around $75 a piece. I decided to check out United Tires.
First the look up was simple and straight forward. I love that the condition was so clearly stated. Also the limitations they have on tires that may have been repaired. There right ways and wrong ways to do that and United Tires will only sell used tires that have been repaired properly.
I found a set that almost too good to be true. Listed as like new and with fully 95% of the tread, I ordered them, hoping for the best. I was not disappointed. The tires showed up three days later and were exactly as described. I have a close friend that had his own shop here and still has his tire machine and balancer at his house. Turns out this old guy still knows how to use those things.
We got them mounted and balanced and after a couple of weeks I can honestly say my purchase from United Tires was one of the best automotive decisions I’ve ever made. Thanks folks, you did a great job! I will be returning.

I’ll never buy tires anywhere else honestly. I’ve gotten full sets of Michelin Defenders for two trucks that had 90% of their tread for less than half the full retail price. Same thing with my trailer I got a set of four matching trailer tires at full tread for $200. You cannot beat the prices found here it’s a phenomenal business model and they ship fast as well. Utires will be my preferred tire shop for as long as they and I are on this Earth. Thank you guys!
