Amazing customer service!

I purchased two used tires on the website and was so surprised at what a great deal they were. The next day customer service called me because they had gotten in a newer set with more tread, and for less money and wanted to know if i wanted those instead. For as great as a deal as it was, i ended up buying all 4, and paying less than i would have paid for 2 elsewhere. Since i live in Chicago, their location on Harlem was able to install them for me for an additional, but definitely reasonable price. They told me installation would be a bit more than an hour, but were done in less than 30 minutes and even went through the trouble of storing my spare tire for me. I highly recommend them for their great prices, and even greater customer service.!

I'm extremely impressed with United Tires quality products, as well as their most excellent & very efficient service! My tires were delivered cross-country to my rural Montana home within days! And the (used) tires looked brand new, except for a patched hole (nbd). When the shop mounted the tires, they found a hole in another tire (which made me think someone sabotaged the owners new tires). When I emailed about that issue, they immediately refunded the cost of the repair! I feel so fortunate to have a new set of 4 Toyo Celcius tires at such a reasonable price ($248!) and peace of mind knowing this company warranties the products they sell. I've already referred United Tires to friends, and will definitely order from them in the future!
