Fed Ex had a delivery issue where the tire literally rolled away down a big hill covered by tall grass and a marsh at the bottom and I still can’t locate it Fed Ex refused to make it right and after a lot of very frustrating calls to them I called United Tires and within 10 minutes of dialing they had viewed the Ring video footage via email and sent me a replacement tire as well as assured me that they’d handle the Fed Ex situation. I received my replacement two days later and cannot express how impressed I am with how quickly they handled this and in such a kind and understanding way. I definitely recommend this company to everyone!

Pulled up to my house and found out tire was flat. Street is sloped so couldn’t change it with stock kit. They saved me and let me borrow a real garage jack to change it into the spare. Brought it in for a real tire and they repaired the tire no charge. I will be back to get new tires soon, yall are great!
