Was so excited to find this site!! I needed a fifth tire for my spare on my jeep wrangler ahead of a road trip and with considering new tires in the near future I didn’t want to buy a brand new mud tire. Quick shipping, used tires arrive as described with tread wear but had an issue with 1 of the 2 tires with a blister developing on outer side wall of tire after professional install and wouldn’t hold air after driving less than 2 miles.
United sent return info right away and after submitting photos etc, they replaced with another tire, same brand/size. Overall experience was a little frustrating with having to wait-reinstall another tire but United handled very professionally, delivered promptly, good pricing on used tires. I understand there is always a risk with used tires so I remained optimistic with United and will use them again for new and used tires. Thanks guys and gals!
