I ordered 2 used tires from this place, I got exactly what was ordered, they were in great condition with no repairs and both tires were less than 2 years old. While the total price of ordering from here and paying a local installer to put the tires on was near as makes no difference the same price as buying from the local used tire place, the tires I got from United were in much better condition and of better quality. And I got to choose exactly the tires I wanted.

So far so good. I ordered one tire with specific wear to replace on my AWD vehicle. Inside of tire had circle drawn in middle of tread, but repair not noticeable. Had mounted at Walmart without issue. No leaks or sounds.
