Purchased a pair of used tires for my summer wheels. Used the chat feature asking for the date of the tires and got a fast response. Tires shipped fast and we're exactly as described. One has a patch but appeared to be done well. They mounted and balanced great needed very little weight. Will be installing soon.

Great customer experience. The tires were even better than described and at a great price. They shipped quickly and arrived quickly, though one tire came on a different day, which seemed odd to me and initially had me a little worried, but that's a FedEx thing, not a United Tires thing. Their communication is excellent - to be honest, maybe even a bit excessive (I got a lot of updates about the shipping status). The tread depth they list on the website is at the very lowest point. For my tires, they listed 7.5/32" as the tread depth, but I measured it with calipers and maybe found one or two places at this depth, but for the most part, I'd say the average tread depth was 8.3/32". So they are very honest with this on the side of being generous to their customers. I have recommended United Tires to my friends and family. There's no reason to pay 3 to 5 times as much for a new tire when a used one still has plenty of tread.

I had a blowout. Retired on a fixed income, I can't just shell out for a new tire. United Tires had a used tire that had been punctured and repaired. My installer said it was a perfect repair. New tread is 9/32 and this tire had 8.5/32 remaining so it was barely broke in. It only cost me $32. It's been a week of daily driving and it works like new. What a deal! I'm coming back from now on.
