I ordered a tire on Monday, it was on my doorstep Wed. By all appearances it's a great quality used tire, of course I can't find my tread depth guage anywhere so I can't actually confirm it's 9/32", but I'm happy with the amount of tread on it. Took it to my local tire shop on Thurs, they got it mounted on the rim and balanced with no issues. I've put about 500ish miles on it so far with no issues. I wanted to wait until I put a few miles of rubber to the road before reviewing, just in case, and I'm happy to report that this has been a smooth and affordable experience for me all the way through. I will most definitely be using this site again next time I find myself in need of a replacement tire!
