I've ordered three sets of tires from United Tire in the last few months. One new set, one used set and a set that were likely takeoffs that had less than a few hundred miles on them. All three sets were brand name, first quality and the prices & free shipping were lower than anyone else. Will definitely be buying more from here in the future.

I have been coming to this place for the past 8 years and the services have been amazing but they always find the way to improve it and it comes as a pleasant surprise! There is the reason why they now have multiple locations and stay in the business! The best price for tires in Chicago land. Windows tinting and protection film for the entire car comes with a lifetime warranty! What else can you wish for? Oh yes, thank you for respecting and honoring military discounts! I truly appreciate it and highly recommend them to everyone!

I was hesitant to the idea of buying used tires but my experience was great with this company. I ordered a set of four used Firestone's at less than half the price they go for new, they kept me updated and shipped them out fast. Somewhere along the way FedEx ended up losing two of them, presumably thrown into a portal to another dimension, (likely shared with USPS), and they didn't have any answers when I asked about it. I figured I was out of luck and didn't expect much to come out of it on Utires end, because it's really not their fault, but surprisingly I got a response within 10 minutes. Brian offered a refund or replacement and I went with the replacement, he confirmed all the details down to the DOT code, and I got them within 24 hours. Best customer service I've encountered to date anywhere. As for the tires themselves the tread depth is as described, if not better, and upon inspecting them I found no repairs or patches on my set. (despite their website stating it's a possibility) They're basically as good as new and all of them were made in 2022 and 2023 - plenty of life left. Installation went great and they ride perfectly. Maybe I just got lucky but I'd definitely recommend Utires! Will be back.
