We will start by removing the wheels and deflating the tyres. We have to break the beads to enable us to push back the tyres so that we can repair the rims. The appropriate techniques are used to repair the wheels, depending on the damage, before we prime them to prevent future corrosion, and cured in our specialized oven.
Once the wheel has cooled down, we will flat out the primer to create a smooth finish. We will paint the wheels in your prefered color, or match it to the manufacturer’s original finish before curing it in the oven again. After a final coating of lacquer, the wheels will be baked once more.
Finally, we will fit the tyre, inflate it, and fit the wheel to your vehicle. Throughout the process, your rim, tyre and the completed fitment is inspected at regular intervals to not only ensure quality workmanship, but also the integrity of the entire wheel and that it matches manufacturer standards.
